Delicious Post-Workout Milkshake Recipe

My girlfriend and I are pretty active and drink this shake almost daily, it keeps you full for hours.

Ingredients:

1 extremely generous, overflowing spoon of smooth peanut butter
2 measures of whey protein powder (~70g or ~2.5oz)
2 generous teaspoons of cocoa powder
2-3 bananas
750ml or 0.2 gallons of milk

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and drink immediately or keep in the fridge for later. Serves two.

Fun fact, this recipe was invented by a friend of ours who is an orthopedist in Germany, so technically speaking it was invented by a doctor. It's similar in composition to Plumpy'nut, which is used to treat cases of severe malnutrition.
